These shakers were produced sometime in the 1930s-1940s by American Limoges ( they changed their name to Limoges China Co. in 1904) which produced semi-porcelain fine china and dinnerware. They produced for many other companies but sold under their own brand as well. The "Triumph" was a plate shape designed in 1937 by Victor Screckengost, one of the premier commercial ceramicists of the 20th century. The Argonne pattern was introduced in the early 1930s, one of the first, and most popular, patterns to bear the "Triumph" design but it was discontinued toward the end of the 1940s when interest began to shift toward Midcentury and Air Moderne designs. As most china was purchased in full to partial sets from this manufacturer, the maker's mark is can only be found on the plates and larger pieces of serving ware and is not visible on this set. They each measure 2 1/4" in diameter and are 2 7/8" high. These pieces are in excellent condition and show only the most minor signs of wear to the bottoms.
