This weather vane is made from a combination of molded copper  for the eagle and direction makers and a powder-coated stand and peak grip. The vane is actually several pieces: the eagle, a large rod that holds the eagle and the next sphere onto the base, the direction markers, another larger copper sphere, the first part of the base, and then the peak grip. It also comes a pre-packaged set of screws to attach the vane. the copper is beautifully patina'd but the other parts show little wear except from where the piece has been taken a part for storage and put back together again. It measures 56" high, 18" wide (wingtip to wingtip,) and 14' deep at the peak grip. This piece is in very good condition and shows little sign of wear from age and use.
