This set of dining chairs were originally manufactured from maple sometime in the early 1980s, when the French Provincial style was regaining popularity. They have balloon backs with angular incised moulding, broad tapering seats, and semi-fluted Marlborough legs. The set of four have recently been professionally repaired and reupholstered in a thick-nap slate blue cotton velvet, with a modern circular design, and the backs have been lined in a tan faux leather. The chairs have some minor cosmetic wear that can be easily remedied. They measure 40" tall, 24" wide, 20" deep. They have a seat height of 20" high. Each chairs weighs approximately 15 lbs, a piece.  Please consult images, and message with any questions.
