This vintage sieve is made of aluminium-lined copper and features a flat edge, copper handles, and copper rivets. This piece started out life as a wide sauce pan but was converted to a sieve or colander, most likely for berries or pasta. The piece has a diameter of 9 1/2",  is 12" wide, 3 1/2" deep, and weighs approximately 2 lbs. This item is in good condition but does show the typical signs of wear from age and use for an item of this type/age.
