This 8-foot mahogany table is done in the Chippendale style, but was produced within the past decade. This table is constructed with top grade kiln-dried solid mahogany.  Artisans use the old world method of tongue and groove and mortise and tenon joinery to create this beautiful durable piece of furniture. The trim around the outside is a Gadroon trim, which is also known as inverted or fluted trim. The legs have a beautifully carved acanthus leaf the on the cabriole leg crests and have classic Chippendale style ball-and-claw feet. It has excellent hand-crafted quality and would add a touch of elegance to any home. This table is 30" high, 8" wide, and 4" in depth, weighing 75 lbs. This item is in good to very good condition, but does show signs of wear from age and use. Please consult images and message with any questions.
