Cherry executive desk chair by Kimball.  This chair is from their "Independence Springfield " collection featuring expertly detailed carved wooden arms with custom burgundy leather upholstery on a base of five casters.  The chair is very comfortable and in good condition with some scuffing on the front arms.  Overall measurements are 37 1/2"H x 26"W x 26"D with the seat measuring 17"H x 21"W x 18"D with an overall weight of 45 lbs.
