This antique wheel is a classic example of the original wheels brought by Europeans to the New World. A walking or wool wheel,  it has a large wheel with a horizontal bobbin, meaning it will need to be hand turned, and is lifted up onto a tripod table. It measures 58" high, 66 1/2" long, 18" deep at the feet and 10" at the bobbin. The wheel itself has a 44" diameter and the whole thing weighs between 20-30 lbs. This antique item is in good condition but has not been tested as functional. There are signs of wear to the wood from age and natural causes including moisture and insects. It was been sealed within the last several years.
